Refund policy

Every DRIPBELTS strap and custom belt is hand made to order to your chosen specification. Because of this, orders cannot be cancelled once placed, and we do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind. The standard 14-day cancellation period does not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

Please check your order carefully before placing it, including the belt, version, colours and any options selected.

As each item is made by hand from real leather, small variations in colour, grain and finish are natural and are not considered faults.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us as soon as possible at dan.dripbelts@gmail.com with photos and we will put it right by repair, replacement or refund, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
