Is everything hand made?
Yes, every strap is hand made by me. The only part I outsource is re-stoning, which is done by a trusted local specialist.

How long does a strap take?
2–3 months from order to completion.

Can I get updates on my order?
Yes. I can send updates throughout the process, from start to finish.

Where is the leather from?
All leather is sourced in the UK.

What's the difference between a Send Out and a Send In strap?
A Send Out strap is posted to you and you fit your own plates using the screws that came with your belt. With a Send In, you post your full belt to me and I fit the plates and add a real leather backing over the screws, just like the belts on TV. See How It Works for the full process.

Does a Send In cost more than a Send Out?
No, Send In and Send Out are the same price.

Can I add a velcro attachment?
Yes, a velcro waist attachment can be added to any strap for an extra £50. Just choose it on the product page.

Do you work on bootleg or unofficial belts?
No, I only work on official replica championship belts.

Can I choose my colour?
Yes. The leather and backing can be any colour. Some colours may carry an extra charge.

Do you make custom belts?
Yes. Custom belts are made to order using official replica plates, re-stoned with cubic zirconia, on a real hand crafted leather strap. Get in touch to discuss what you're after.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. UK shipping is £15–£20, fully tracked. International shipping is usually £25–£100 depending on location.

Can I cancel my order?
As every strap is made to order to your specification, orders can't be cancelled once placed. Please check your order carefully before checking out.

Do you offer refunds?
I don't offer refunds for change of mind, as everything is made to order. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, I'll put it right. See the Refund Policy for full details.

Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, you can pay in 3 with Klarna at checkout.

How quickly do you reply to messages?
Usually within 24 hours. A lot of messages come in from the USA overnight, so if you're messaging from there you'll normally hear back the next day.
